United Way has partnered with FamilyWize to offer discounts on prescription

drugs. FamilyWize cards are primarily for people with no health insurance or

prescription coverage.  They can also be used for prescriptions not covered by

health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare or VA benefits.

The cards have no usage or age limits, no income requirements, do not require

registration forms and can be used immediately. 

FamilyWize cards are available and accepted at most pharmacies in southwest

Wyoming. 

FamilyWize cards can also be obtained by contacting our office by phone or

e-mail. Go to www.FamilyWize.org to print a card, look up drug prices and get

a list of participating pharmacies.
