Forty two years ago the United Way of Sweetwater County was established. Throughout the years we have expanded and have grown into United Way of Southwest Wyoming.  Many steps have been taken to solve some of our community’s most pressing problems. Formed in 1976 by caring and concerned individuals and organizations, United Way of Southwest Wyoming has developed into a community builder. In 1999, United Way of Southwest Wyoming became the first United Way in Wyoming to raise over one million dollars.

 

For over forty years, United Way of Southwest Wyoming has provided quality services for the community through its member agencies and community problem solving efforts. In the years to come, United Way of Southwest Wyoming will continue to touch the lives of many people right here at home. It’s amazing what can be accomplished through giving and working together.  Thank you for helping to provide over 40 years of caring and sharing.
