Our grant application for the 2020-2022 funding cycle is now open for Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater and Uinta counites. These grants are awarded to programs that show measurable outcomes in three focus areas: education, health and basic needs. Our grants are made possible by the generous individual and company donations given during the annual campaign.
