Completed paper forms or online pledges are due by December 16, 2024. Payroll deductions begin in January 2025 with your 1st paycheck. One-time payroll donations will also be made at this time. Online credit card donations will process immediately.

To make a donation to the Sweetwater One Foundation you will need to mark “Other” under the donation details section and then type in Sweetwater One Foundation.

PRIZES
When you make a pledge of $25 or more to United Way of Southwest Wyoming you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate. A total of five will be awarded from United Way.

When you make a pledge of $25 or more to Sweetwater One Public School Foundation you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate. A total of five will be awarded from Sweetwater One.
